keeping medication chops up so many patients we see use or have used varied meds. Some can create and we can use herbs to help balance the body while on meds. Some folks want to get off meds and if they can and have spoken to their primary about it, if we are familiar with what’s been used then we can often find herbs that can help fill in the gap.

So I goofed and got 5 bunches of bananas not 5! So I made a cacao banana cake for Super Bowl Sunday. One cup each of gluten free flour, organic white flour and coconut flour. Used avocado oil instead of butter, date syrup instead of sugar, oat milk, baking soda, cacao nibs, organic walnuts and cacao powder mixed with 8 bananas 🍋 (ha!)actually a low may have to make it again
