We were excited to once again host The Lodge Coffee Cart for our staff and residents before our Christmas party last week! Everyone got to enjoy a nice hot beverage and our staff dressed in their favorite Christmas sweaters. We also found out the winners of our decorating contest which were Rosemary, Jenni, and Sam. They did a "Whoville" themed hallway!

Last week we had our annual Christmas party! It was a great day filled with fun, laughter, and, of course, presents delivered by Santa Claus himself! We has such a wonderful time celebrating! We want to thank Santa for visiting with us and everyone for coming to celebrate the season.

Happy National Handwashing Awareness Week! 🧼

Our staff takes any opportunity they can to spread the awareness of good hygiene. That often starts with the humble act of washing our hands. Proper hand washing is vital to good infection control and helping prevent illness, which is crucial in this cold and flu season.

We hosted our annual Holiday Dinner for our residents and their families. It was an amazing evening filled with love laughter and the spirit of the holiday season. We are so blessed with the amount of love that was in our building.

While it is a joint effort, we want to give a special shout out to our dietary team, especially everyone who worked that evening, and a huge shout out to our Dietary Manager, Kala, along with Denise, one of our Corporate Dietitians. This was Kala's first holiday dinner as out Dietary Manager and she did an amazing job.

Thank you all for all you do and we can't wait to do it again next year! Thanks for making 2025 a great year!

National Pickle Day is held in November and we decided to have a party to celebrate this savory treat! Our residents tried a variety of pickle flavored chips and dips, along with a classic Midwest favorite - ham and pickle rolls. We had a blast chatting and snacking!
