Our vision is for every child to experience what it means to be and to have a friend through daily practices of movement, mediation, nutrition and play. We strive towards creating systemic change that offers a world committed to treating self and others with care. Our mission is to support children and adolescents in embracing their whole selves through proactive, heart-centered well-being services. Our Story

Trust Your Gut, Inc on a mission to remind the children of today it is our cultural systems that need to be dismantled and restructured, NOT them. Our world is in desperate need and radical changes are essential for survival. Different feelers and doers deserve center stage.

We are a community of young humans, remembering their strength and listening to their hearts. We believe that energetic shifts, no matter the size, make life-changing (world-changing!) impact. Together, we nurture, from our cells to our souls because we know we are worthy.
