✨ New! 6 AM Strength Class on Mondays!
Brittany will be teaching our brand-new Monday 6AM Strength class. That means we now offer 6AM Strength on Monday, Wednesday & Friday—more options for early risers!
✨ Wednesday 8:30 AM Yoga Update
This class is now Gentle Yoga—come enjoy a slower, mindful mid-week reset.
✨ Friday 9:30 AM Strength Rotation
Brittany will also be rotating the 9:30AM Friday Strength class with Kathy.
