Today, I taught my Saturday zoom yoga class from our tiny cabin down the hill in WV. Walking back up toward the house, I’m struck by the beauty of this golden day and reminded that nothing is more important than fostering love and understanding.

I loved today at The Blissful Centre, meeting two new clients and seeing treasured regulars. Gratitude fills me, for the blessing of offering the work I love in such a beautiful space.
