I started the day by eating this omelet. I added sliced zucchini and mozzarella cheese. Full of protein and taste.

Skipping breakfast leads to hunger later in the day.
Adding vegetables provides the vitamins I need to have energy throughout my day.

Summer is coming to a close and fall has arrived with plenty of fall foods to enjoy. What is your favorite fall dish?

Mine is to place a acorn squash in the crock pot for 3 hours. Then, at meal time just cut it in half and remove the seeds and enjoy.

Acorn squash is full of nutrients: healthy carbs, magnesium, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, iron.

Serve with seafood or chicken.
