"Fall Back" into Winter Time!!
Today, early this morning, we jumped back an hour and brought Daylight Savings Time to an end.
At 2:00:00 am clocks turned backward 1 hour to 1:00:00 am local standard time instead.
Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on Nov 2, 2025 than the day before. There will be more light in the morning and less light in the evening. Winter is approaching!!

Carcinoid and related NETs are rare cancers, but not as rare as previously thought. Simple ways are available to detect and diagnose carcinoid/NETs, (as long as you at least think of it as a possibility), “Think zebra not horse.” If diagnosed correctly and early a cure can result, survival can be increased, and quality of life significantly improved.
