A special session for some bonding family fun with grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, teens, and kiddos - Presented by Samantha Shank.

* 11:15 AM - Self-Talk Yoga: Meet the Chakras of Communication with Dr. Suzie Carmack: In this uplifting mind-body practice for all experience levels, you’ll learn a simple routine to calm racing thoughts and transform negative self-talk into personal empowerment! Blending gentle yoga, mindful movement, and the wisdom of the chakras, we’ll move through eight sequences designed to clear inner blocks and reconnect you with your inner peace. * 1:15 PM - Community Yoga - Functional Movement & Breath - under UPMC Community Wellness Tents
The body is made to move and, as you learn to sync your breath with the body's movements to maximize the energetic benefits it brings as we receive and release, you will also learn simple ways to keep your spine and joints healthy and flexible while strengthening your core and resilience in ways that just make good sense.
