🎵 A Melodious Moment with Mr. Growden 🎹

We’re delighted to spotlight one of The Kensington’s wonderful residents, Mr.Growden, whose passion for music fills our chapel with such beauty and joy. His love for playing the organ inspires everyone around him — residents, staff, and visitors alike.

We’re so thankful that Mr. Groudon continues to share his incredible talent with our community. His music reminds us all that doing what you love brings happiness not only to yourself, but to everyone who listens. 💛

🎃 A Spooktacular Success! 👻

Last night’s Kensington & Country House Trunk or Treat was a frightfully fun time! The community came out in full costume to enjoy an evening of candy, creativity, and connection. From decked-out trunks to spooky treats and laughter all around, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces celebrating together.

🛒 Walmart Thursday’s at The Kensington! 🛍️

Each week, our residents look forward to our trip to Walmart — it’s one of their favorite outings! From picking up personal essentials to finding a few special treats, everyone enjoys the independence and fun that comes with a little shopping adventure.

Beyond checking off the shopping list, it’s the laughter, conversations, and time spent with friends that make these outings so special. At The Kensington, even a simple trip to Walmart becomes a day full of smiles and connection. 💙

🍂🎃 A Perfect Autumn Day 🍿🌄

This week, our Kensington residents enjoyed a beautiful outing to the pumpkin patch and a local popcorn company! From the crisp mountain air to the laughter shared along the way, the day was filled with memories we’ll cherish forever.

For some, it was their very first time experiencing a pumpkin patch — and the joy on their faces said it all. We picked pumpkins, enjoyed tasty treats, and celebrated the simple joys of the season.

It was truly a glorious day on the mountain, and we are so grateful for the smiles, the stories, and the special moments that remind us what community is all about. 💛
