Caring for your body looks different when we are in Christ. (Eph 2:4-5, 1 Cor 6:19-20, Rom 12:1)

How can you do this?

By starting with the baseline practice for Habits 2-4 of our 7 Habits of Health:

Habit #2: Sleep Well – consistently getting sufficient, quality sleep

Baseline practice: sleep 7+ hours every night

Habit #3: Eat Clean – prioritizing nutrient dense foods 80+% of the time

Baseline practice: eat 1 clean meal every day

Habit #4: Move Often – prioritizing physically active behaviors over sedentary ones

Baseline practice: get 8,000+ steps every day

Give one or more of these a try today and ask God to help you see your body the way that He does.
