You are the wildflower that grows fiercely, untamed by the winds of others’ expectations. Protect your roots, nurture your own soil, and never let anyone make you forget the power you hold within.🐢

I choose to prioritize my healing journey, embracing the power to regulate my nervous system, knowing this devotion will guide me toward embodying my fullest potential.

Nature calls to me, offering her sanctuary, and I know exactly where to find her. I can carve out sacred space in my weekly rhythm to surrender to her embrace.

With every step I take through her pathways, with every deep inhale of her fresh, life~giving air, I rejuvenate my body, clear my mind, and cleanse my soul. Nature offers me a profound alchemy of renewal and vitality.

I hold the power to make time in nature a priority, just as I can prioritize anything that nurtures and uplifts me.

By honoring my connection to the earth, I honor the essence of my being. A calm, harmonious nervous system is not just a gift to my health~it is essential for a clear mind and a vibrant joyous life.

Today is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness day. I didn’t even know that was a thing! When my niece, Heather Tucker, was first diagnosed, they found it in her spine and liver before we knew it was breast cancer. It later spread to her brain, other organs, her hip, shoulder, etc. She has had chemo, immunotherapies, radiation, kyphoplasty to repair some vertebrae, eye surgery, and more to fight an aggressive type of cancer. Her positive attitude and love for others have kept her in the fight. She is one of the toughest people I know and such an inspiration to have hope even on dark days! 💞
