While the drink was once rumored to be named after a surfer, the "Harvey Wallbanger" character was a marketing creation by the importer of Galliano liqueur to boost sales.

Happy Harvey Wallbanger day!! Larissa was out slinging drinks for our residents this afternoon and they LOVED them!!
