Sheet Pan Party Fajitas:

2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 package of frozen pepper and onion blend (20 oz or more)
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips)
Juice of 1 lime
Warmed flour tortillas

Preheat broiler and line baking sheet with foil. Combine chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Add peppers and onions to lined baking sheet, drizzle with 2 Tbsp oil and season with half the chili powder mixture. Broil until the vegetables soften and begin to char. Once peppers and onions are soft, lay chicken on top of vegetables. Return baking sheet to broiler until chicken is cooked through and starting to brown. Drizzle with lime juice and serve with warm tortillas.

Top with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, hot sauce, etc.
