Current “healthcare” is neither healthy nor caring!

Physician burn out rates are ever increasing while patient satisfaction rates are dropping! This is a recipe for disaster...so we thought that we owed it to our medical community to share our story. We want to revive passion, purpose and profits for the physicians thereby improving upon the experience for the patients!

It is no secret that you chose the field of medicine because you had a passion to help others...whether you are a physician, PA, NP or support staff, your mission was the same. The changes in laws, the strict boxed in thinking, disregard for creativity and forward thinking, the lower reimbursement rates, the hours spent in the EMR to chart a visit, the rising cost of supplies and medical malpractice insurance are all reasons why many of us are losing our passion and feeling the effects of burn out. Your dreams are crushed and you go through the motions as you are expected but there is not really complete satisfaction when payday rolls around.

Dr. Campbell and Natalie have been where you are and we know what this feels like. We refused to give up on our dreams or purpose. We knew there had to be a way to allow for the passion of practicing medicine in a way that made sense and provided time for the physician and the patient to form a relationship. Not only that but we knew that this could be done outside the traditional medical structure so that patients and physicians could be in control of the decision making and allow for considerations and circumstances that might require out of the box thinking.

We created a unique membership style concierge and integrative practice that allows us the freedoms to exercise our passions while managing the business side of our practice in a way that maximized our purpose and profits!
