Certain yoga philosophies teach that there are five layers or “sheaths” of energy surrounding an individual’s soul. These sheaths are called the koshas, and they are said to be encased or nested within each other, starting with the physical body as the first sheath and moving inward to more subtle layers of being.

Kosha mapping is a guided meditation that focuses on cultivating awareness of the individual koshas as a way to journey toward greater self-realization and connection with your inner world. In this experience, we will walk through a meditation focused on each kosha with time devoted after each to integrate and record your experience.

Whether you're a teacher or a dedicated student, you'll explore anatomy, breathwork, and sequencing strategies that elevate your practice and unlock new possibilities.
In this training we will dive deep into what the Vinyasa practice is and its roots. Step into a transformative weekend designed for curious yogis and emerging teachers. This immersive training dives into the art of creative sequencing, the synergy of breath and movement, and a thoughtful exploration of alignment and embodied anatomy. This training blends tradition with innovation to empower every movement.

This training is open to anyone looking to dive deeper into yoga sequencing (not only yoga teachers, but also interested students!). If you are a yoga teacher, this training will count towards a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training 20 hours contact 10 non contact of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.

The Art of Restorative Yoga
Duration: Friday 5-8PM Saturday & Sunday 9AM - 5PM Hours: 20 Continuing Education Hours (Yoga Alliance compliant)

Workshop Overview
This immersive weekend explores the therapeutic power of Restorative Yoga—where stillness becomes medicine and the breath becomes the guide. Trainees will learn how to sequence, cue, and hold space for deeply healing practices rooted in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and yogic philosophy.

Whether you're looking to integrate restorative elements into dynamic classes or offer full-length restorative sessions, this training will equip you with the tools to teach with confidence, compassion, and clarity.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this module, trainees will be able to:
Design and teach a full restorative yoga class
Confidently use props to support diverse bodies and needs
Understand the physiological and psychological benefits of restorative yoga
Apply trauma-informed principles to create safe, inclusive spaces
Integrate restorative elements into other styles of yoga

Full Weekend training 20 hours part of the 300 Hr YTT program, CEUs, all are welcome who are interested in learning and deep diving into the restorative practice. No prior training required.

Option for a Day pass Saturday or Sunday $175 for the 8 hour drop in. 8CEU's
