Another unforgettable weekend of yoga teacher training in the books. We explored breath, movement, and presence—and were lucky enough to have Rebecca guide us through some incredible anatomy work. Bonus: we took our practice outside and soaked up the sunshine and fresh air. Grateful for this journey and this community.
