We’re hiring ✨

If you’re passionate about mental health, content creation, and learning what goes on behind the scenes of a private practice—this is for you.

We’re looking for research interns (high school + undergraduate students) to support projects like:
– Creating mental health content + IG reels
– Assisting with weekly newsletters
– Writing blog posts
– Researching therapy resources + trends
– Brainstorming workshops, courses, and creative projects

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mental health field while building real-world skills in content, research, and private practice operations.

Learning about your body is a form of self-awareness, not something to feel ashamed of 🤍

There’s a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to solo intimacy and overall wellness. Understanding what’s normal, healthy, and beneficial can help reduce shame, improve body connection, and support both mental and physical well-being.

Curious about the benefits and what the research actually says?

We’re often our own harshest critic…
but what if that voice isn’t actually helping you grow?

Self-criticism can feel motivating, but more often, it keeps us stuck in cycles of shame, doubt, and burnout. Real growth tends to come from something much quieter—self-compassion, patience, and giving yourself permission to be human.

What would it look like to be on your own side for once? 🤍

Save this as a reminder for the days you’re being too hard on yourself.
