Fleetingtime Yoga Certified yoga instructor in Curtis, NE with 8+ years of experience. I completed my 200 hours integral yoga teaching training in 2017.

After many years of attending yoga classes, I was inspired by my husband to become a certified yoga teacher. I graduated from Chaitanya School of Yoga on 30 September 2017. Nowadays I work as a English teacher, yoga teacher and professional photographer since I have three loves - education, yoga, and photography. I offer donation-based yoga classes, as I would like class to be accessible to all. Classes take place at the Curtis Community Center, NE.

My Story : My passion for yoga started in 2009 and has grown from there. Yoga is a journey with each yoga practice leaving me feeling refreshed in mind and body.

In 2017, I decided to take my yoga to the next level by completing my Yoga Teacher Certification in Cape Town (South Africa). Completing my training, made my love for yoga stronger. Giving yoga classes to people of all ages and stages, is a priviledge which I do not take lightly.

I love to spend time with my students to get to know them a little better as well as give them a chance to know me. This makes the yoga class much more relaxed and fun which in turn allows for a better experience. Many of my students have become my friends and I consider them part of my extended family.
