🎓 2025–2026 SCHOLARSHIP 🎓
Invest in Your Future!

Award Includes:
$500 Cash Scholarship
Complimentary eye examinations each year the student is enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution (college, vocational/technical school – up to 4 years)
One pair of complimentary eyewear valued up to $200 (prescription eyewear or sunglasses)

Eligibility:
Applicants must be a high school senior enrolling in a post-secondary education program.
Requirements:
Attach a weighted transcript for grades 9–12
Attach a resume listing activities, awards, honors, and leadership positions (school & community) during grades 9–12
Include one letter of recommendation from someone who can attest to your academic improvement
Include the following information:
Name
Address
Phone Number
Email
GPA
College or trade school you plan to attend

Deadline:
Applications must be received by May 1, 2026.
