Relationships include family, friends, coworkers—and yourself. Every connection impacts your emotional health.
Healthy boundary tips:
- It’s okay to say no without explaining.
- Communicate needs clearly, not defensively.
- Protect your time and energy—rest is not selfish.
- Notice which relationships drain you vs. support you.
- Set boundaries with yourself, too (overworking, negative self-talk).

If relationships feel overwhelming or boundaries are hard to set, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Our behavioral health counselors are here to help—reach out for support. 🌱

GCHC is looking for short term volunteers to help us open the warming center again this year. Shifts are either morning or afternoon, M - F, when the high temps are expected to be below 32°.

GCHC is now enrolling for the next session of our Healthy Hearts Program. This FREE 12-week program will help you adopt a healthy lifestyle by focusing on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and more.
· Variety of exercise classes taught by professional instructors
· 4-month Civic Center pass
· Health assessment and screening for goal setting
· Healthy Lifestyle Classes (meal planning, grocery store tours, stress management, etc)
