💨 3 Simple Tools to Help Calm a Panic Attack 💨
When panic hits, it can feel impossible to slow down. These quick techniques can help you ground yourself and regain control in the moment:

🟧 Square Breathing – Inhale, hold, exhale, hold — each for 4 seconds. Repeat 4 times to steady your breath.
🍋 Eat Something Sour – A burst of sour flavor can help interrupt spiraling thoughts and bring you back to your senses.
💧 Use Cold Water – Splash your face or run your hands under cold water to reconnect with the present moment.
