Thank you to the sweet peeps who came for Restorative Yoga Healing Experience this morning!

This week, I’ll be at ARW-RiR Wed at 8:30am fo Gentle Yoga and Wed at 6pm for a Special Yoga Nidra session. And Thursday 6pm for Spirit flow.

Great for coughs and sore throat. Delicious in your favorite herbal tea as well.
I recommend fresh, organic thyme, but dried thyme works too.
I also recommend local honey for the added benefit of allergy-fighting qualities obtained when bees visit local flowers.
This makes a great gift! Whip some up now to give with one of my tea blends, some scones or other sweet treat, a vintage teacup, and a book.

Newest Mala. This one has the distinctive pattern of the Zen Mala.
For this one, you count the blue and blue striped glass beads. The larger silver leaf jasper beads are spacers and are not counted (or can be used as a space for contemplation), nor are the coconut beads.
Guru bead is a matching silver leaf jasper with accompanying decorative bead.
