Cedar Ridge Health Campus was proud to support the HMH Foundation’s 3rd Annual Spring Gala this past Saturday, April 25th. It was a truly special evening held at the beautiful Ashford Acres which was such a perfect setting!

Ms Jo loves dancing and music. She has told us of the days when she was a dancer and when her daughter was a ballerina. She reminisces and tells us about the beautiful costumes and recitals and performances she has been to throughout the years. So we could not pass up the chance to take her to see Swan Lake at the Lexington Opera House when we heard that The World Ballet Company was coming to town. Ms Jo had a marvelous time and came back with even more stories to tell.

Crab cakes with creamy Ajou sauce, carrot/ginger soup, roasted pork loin over barley with apricot glaze and zucchini is what our residents enjoyed for their Spring formal elegant dinner. Dessert was a variety of delicious choices including strawberry shortcake, blueberry topped french vanilla cake and chilled Penna Cotta.
