Heartstone Wellness offers a variety of Yoga, Pilates and MELT in small group and private setting. Come visit us today!

We're building our community by bringing unique and holistic workshops/events to you. At Heartstone Wellness, we believe that physical and mental wellness go hand in hand. That's why we offer group mat pilates, group MELT classes, and group yoga classes in Cypress, TX. The founder has years of experience teaching these classes and is passionate about creating a safe and supportive community for our clients. In addition to group classes, we also offer private pilates sessions, private MELT classes, and private yoga classes. We're here to help you achieve your wellness goals and make lasting friendships along the way.

So I did this thing and spent the last 10 days in Barcelona, Spain for an immersive in Spinal Flow!! I’m so excited to bring this healing modality to our studio.
I can’t wait to have some people helping me get some sessions under my belt for certification!

Once fully certified, it’ll be all hands on deck for this transformational and healing journey!!
