"How to laugh and not p*e at the same time" was the first suggestion to name this workshop....its a real thing for many of us!!!
We amended to Mind your Pelvic Floor, because that's what it is really about.
In this 3 hour intro we talk about:
symptoms of a not so sufficiently working pelvic floor
what you can do yourself to release deep pains in hips, pelvis and back,
what to focus on to help recovery from pregnancy,
we talk hormones, prolaps, pain during s*x and all the things pelvic floor related....
but most importantly: how to feel strong and in control of your bladder again!!
