The founder has years of experience teaching thes

Some adjustments to the schedule!!

Nisa is offering yoga for stress release on Mondays at 7pm which is a somatic based yoga session.
On Wednesday at 7pm Nisa is offering a Chakra Yoga class.

As always Kelly is offering two classes on Wednesday mornings. Her Better Balance Yoga class will now start at 11.30am!

Sounds And Reiki class every other Thursday at 6.30pm with Brandi!!! Next session is on Thursday March 19!
