Reading is a great way to expand your child's vocabulary! This improves their receptive language by boosting their comprehension. Talking about the book together gives them an opportunity to use their new words and boost their expressive language skills!

Your child will be exposed to an endless array of genres and colourful language. Children who are read to have significantly larger and more developed vocabularies than other children. Meet the SLP: Dana Wierzbicki, M.A., CCC-SLP

Dana is the founder of Dana Wierzbicki, Speech Path.] (Infinite Horizon Speech and Language Services) in Cypress, Texas. She is a joyful, creative, and passionate speech-language pathologist committed to providing evaluations and therapy of the highest quality! She is especially dedicated to helping people who stutter speak with freedom and confidence! Dana is excited to serve clients throughout Texas via telepractice.

Dana believes in thorough evaluations to get to the root of a problem, which results in efficient and effective therapy. I am enjoying working towards my Board Certification in Fluency Disorders! I am about one year in and have a good draft of my Statement of Philosophy for treating stuttering and a couple of case studies. Thank you to my clients who have agreed to participate!
