There are parts of me that I have denied and been ashamed of but what we resist persists. I'm still on my journey of self love and true acceptance. Since cancer I don't look the same and I definitely don't have have the stamina I used to. I deal with a lot of issues post chemo that have had me question my self worth. But every day I make the effort ti love the body I have and know it's a body that beat cancer and is still here ❤️

It's been a while since I have made any poste on here. Since the last post I published another book which I am beyond grateful for. This book takes you through my journey of stage 4 cancer. Why it showed up, the emotional aspect of healing the mind body and spirit and watching every part of who I was deconstruct.. how do you put back the pieces when you are delivered such life changing news ? Be sure to take time for you. Our bodies speak to us. What is your saying? Are you overly tired or stressed ? Anxiety or stomach issues ? It's important to take a step back from the Hustle and bustle and honor our bodies. We only get one shot at this life. :)

Being apart of the cancer pages I am in i hear these statements all too often. "My cancer" "I feel so sick" "I'm terminal"

The words we use shape our reality. And yes I 100% understand sometimes when you're sick it can be hard to not express that but in that expression we are reaffirming that sickness in our bodies. Use caution in what you are claiming as yours

Focus on health, focus on healing

When you are not feeling great try "I am healing" instead of "I am sick" everything starts with our thoughts and our words
