2025 ZOOM Class Schedule:

Monday 7:00 PM CST - YOGA FLEX CLASS: A blend of yoga styles to emphasize flexibility and stretching, especially for hamstrings, hips, side body and neck/shoulders. NEW CLASS!

Wednesday 7:00 PM CST - YIN/RESTORATIVE CLASS: Longer hold times and relaxation with the use of props to emphasize breath, hips and spine.

Saturday 8:30 AM CST - HATHA/GENTLE YOGA CLASS: Classic hatha yoga with balance, strength, flexibility, breathing and posture.

If interested, send me a DM with your email. Classes are 45 minutes. You need a ZOOM account, but there are zero ZOOM charges.

Start your year out by practicing some yoga in your own space and at your own pace!

Prices are the same:
$5 per class
$20 per month ($1.67 per class)
