New 5.0-star Review: "I needed a portable CPAP for a bike trip my wife and I were taking. I was having a tough time getting my Dr's Office to fill my prescription. Michael from the billing department in Cypress took on my issue and helped me navigate both the medical system as well as get my device approved and shipped in time (Just) for my trip. He even followed up after the device shipped to check on shipping status and let me know where it was. I would not have a CPAP for this trip if it weren't for him. This guy deserves a raise. I don't know what the rest of the company is like but Michael should be lead for customer service."

New 5.0-star Review: "I want to Thank "Carla" at the cypress location for her excellent customer care. Kadence provides my 91 year old father with Oxygen equipment at home to help with his breathing. This is a critical part of his treatment since being diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal lung cancer. Carla was extremely attentive and listened with a great deal of patience as i began to explain our problem with the Medical Insurance provider and the coverage for durable equipment. We received the 1st monthly bill from Kadence and then a phone call explaining that the portion not paid was his responsibility each month. My mother was very upset never expecting yet another medical bill that they cant afford on a fixed social security income. she informed the caller they cant pay that amount every month he told her if she refused they would take equipment back. Carla was very professional and understanding apologizing for that incident. She was honest informing me that she would have to look into all the information i gave her and go over everything with her boss to see if there is anything that can be done and that she would call me back. I'm happy to say I received a call from Carl within the hour she was able to resolve the problem regarding the service charges which they faced. Carla is a true professional I sincerely appreciate the attention and effort she gave me. I also want to thank her "Boss" and Kadence Healthcare for showing me they really care about the customer.
