Meet 𝗧𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵, our Executive Vice President at Gryphon Healthcare. 🌟

Tiffany Couch joined Gryphon Healthcare in 2018 and serves as Executive Vice President. She leads strategy, operations, and optimization across the RCM process, working closely with her team to consistently exceed client expectations as they carry out the 𝗚𝗿𝘆𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Tiffany previously served as Billing Manager for Texas Emergency Care, overseeing RCM for freestanding ERs and urgent care centers, and also led a successful dermatology practice in Houston.

Tiffany is known for her strategic leadership and commitment to Gryphon’s core values of service and integrity. Tiffany holds a degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).

Sherry Cummings is the Chief Executive Officer of Gryphon Healthcare, a Houston-based revenue cycle management company serving hospitals, freestanding emergency rooms, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, and physician groups. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, Sherry brings a rare and powerful blend of clinical insight and financial expertise to every client partnership.

Sherry began her career on the clinical side of healthcare, gaining firsthand knowledge of patient care delivery before transitioning into revenue cycle management. It was there that she found her true passion, ensuring that those providing care are properly reimbursed for the vital services they deliver each day. This perspective continues to shape her leadership and Gryphon’s client-first approach.

Throughout her career, Sherry has been recognized for leading organizational transformations, improving financial performance, and building scalable, service-driven operations. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in accountability, transparency, and results.

In celebration of National Rural Health Day, Gryphon Healthcare joined the team from the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals to lend a hand at Llano Regional Hospital. Together, we worked to enhance the facility, giving a fresh coat of paint to the lobby and waiting areas, adding colorful flowers to gardens outside, and creating inviting spaces with new furniture.

These enhancements provide not just a beautiful environment, but a place for staff and patients alike to relax and recharge—a small way to honor the incredible work rural hospitals do for their communities every day. Gryphon Healthcare is proud to support and celebrate these vital healthcare providers!
