Tia teaches X-treme Hip Hop step, and her classes are basically a party disguised as a killer workout! Expect high energy, lots of laughter, and a structured session guaranteed to make you work. Tia’s goal is to make sure you leave sweaty, smiling, and already craving the next beat.
