Hey y’all! This is your reminder to take care of yourself! 🌺 In an effort to practice what I preach to my clients, I am taking a pause for the month of June from seeing clients. I am using this time to reset mentally and soak up time with my boys.

My BFF sent me this the other day while we were venting about our cabin fever- ok, our kids’ cabin fever. 😩 It’s a great reminder to find positivity, even in situations that just. feel. icky. Take care of you and yours, y’all. We will make it through this. 🌈 ✌🏼 ❤️
