It’s that time of year again — Cy-Hope’s Christmas Assistance Program is back! Each holiday season, our community comes together to make Christmas a little brighter for local children in need.

By “adopting” a child, you’ll receive their clothing and shoe sizes along with a short wish list to help guide your shopping. We suggest budgeting around $75–$100 per child, but you’re welcome to give as generously as you wish.

Once you’ve finished shopping, please bring your unwrapped gifts (along with any wrapping supplies you’d like to donate for parents to use) to Cy-Hope between December 10–12.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our Hope for the Holidays Christmas tree lighting and community event this past weekend! We can't think of a better way to have kicked off the holiday season with our neighbors.

A special thank you to Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital for sponsoring this event and 7 Brew Coffee Lightbridge Academy Cypress Cypress Ranch High School Choir and the Houston Repertoire Ballet and all of our amazing volunteers!

Big shoutout to Plum Coffee for stepping up in a huge way! 💚☕️
When SNAP benefits were frozen during the government shutdown, they jumped in and hosted a food drive for Cy-Hope, and dropped off a TON of shelf-stable food to support local families last week.

They’re still collecting donations through November 30th, so stop by, grab a coffee, and toss in a food item to help our neighbors. 💚

Wow! We are blown away by the efforts of Bridgeland High School Future Business Leaders of America who just dropped off 2,500 canned goods and other non-perishable food items to help support their community! These young leaders like Aiden Ramcharitar are already making a huge impact, showing what compassion, initiative, and service look like in action.

🎄❤️ THANK YOU to everyone who has already stepped up for our Christmas Assistance Program! We still have 33 children waiting to be “adopted,” including kids like 7-year-old Adrian, who’s wishing for new shoes, LEGOs, and toy cars this Christmas.

We’ve moved all remaining children to the top of the list to make it easy to find them. If you’re planning to shop Black Friday deals, this is the perfect time to make a child’s Christmas brighter. ✨

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up! We still need 25 more pies to make Thanksgiving special for our families. Whether homemade or store-bought, we just ask that they’re fresh and ready to enjoy! Drop off at Cy-Hope on Monday 11/24 from 10 am to 12 pm.

We’re distributing Thanksgiving meal kits to 50 families next week and we’d love your help adding a little extra sweetness to each box! 🥧✨
