Job Duties:
• Create and support engaging activities for individuals with special needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and structured activity environment
• Supervise participants to ensure safety and well-being
• Assist with daily living skills including hygiene, meals, socialization, and light housekeeping
• Adapt activities and materials to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with staff and support teams
• Manage and care for activity supplies and equipment
• Complete daily logs and incident reports
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Attend required trainings and special events
• Consistent and reliable attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with individuals of varying abilities
• Assertive, patient, and quick-thinking
• Creative and engaging instructor
• Physically able to participate in indoor and outdoor activities
