👋 Meet MT Elizabeth, aka Lizzy!
Lizzy graduated Massage School in 2014 and has 9+ years in the bodywork field.
Her work environments include:
-Wellness Studio
-Physical Therapy Clinic
-Day Spa
-Owner/operator of her private practice
where she lived previously

Her primary massage style would be
self-described as Therapeutic Integrative with a neuromuscular (Trigger Point Therapy) focus.
What she loves most about her field is helping people gain mobility and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

As someone who has received bodywork from Lizzy several times, I would say that the diversity in her work experience shows in a wonderful way. She definitely has a therapeutic forward technique, but also has a great flow to her work that can be very soothing. She can easily adjust sessions to be
primarily clinical, relaxing or that perfect combination! 🙌🏽 She is friendly, kind, and extremely professional. I am beyond excited to have her as our newest team member.

Happy Day 3 of 2024!!

I hope this post finds you readers in healthy bodies, spirits and minds…or at least heading in that direction!

I haven’t posted anything in a WHOLE YEAR as I’ve been managing the clientele of Elements For Wellness on my own. I couldn’t take any new clients and was honestly stretched a bit thin to be coming up with content for posting. Posting well worded, credible and engaging content for a business can be like, a whole extra full time job, .🤪🙃

Well, now I have extra incentive to do so. I have a new and beyond fantastic therapist, Lizzy, working with me at Elements and we are working to build her clientele. I will be posting her bio in a day or two.

We look forward to growing and serving you in 2024, and ongoing.

Hello cherished clients, friends and fam!
It’s Sarah with Elements For Wellness here! 👋🏽
There are some changes for EFW coming up pretty quick here that I want to inform you of.

Leny will be moving on from my business beginning January. We’ve had a 4 year run together during which she has been a valued team member and an extremely talented massage therapist. I’ve know her personally for quite a bit longer than 4 years and I know that whatever her endeavors ongoing from here, she will definitely flourish.

Just like in the beginning when I built my business and brand 💪, I myself will be handling all the massage until I find the right therapist to join me and represent my mission: the very best in bodywork, customized to each individual that comes through our doors!…and of course genuine guest service (which is harder to come by these days 🤪)

Rayven will still be Bodysculpting with me during our busy sculpting seasons. 💗👗👖👙🩳🔥

Lastly, I will be taking a short social media break. I’ll be very busy in the treatment rooms and focusing on home and family for a bit.
Thereafter, I am aiming to come back with a more organized and thorough social media presence. Also, I would like to take a more personalized approach so that followers can get a better idea of what my business and brand truly represent.
