We are a multi-disciplinary company that is comprised of an exceptional staff of therapists and office support personnel. is a Therapist owned Pediatric Rehabilitation Company located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We are committed to providing the highest quality Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy to the pediatric population ages birth to 21. We are in-network with many insurance companies and we will bill all insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We accept Georgia Medicaid including Amerigroup, and Peachstate. We specialize in the Intensive Therapy Program. We also provide aquatic therapy and sensory integration therapy. is a multi-disciplinary company that is comprised of an exceptional staff of therapists and office support personnel. Your child will benefit from the close working relationship that our therapists enjoy. Many children require therapy for many years during their growing period. The families of children we serve have found a warm, caring, fun environment here at T.O.T.S. Children enjoy attending therapy and many families have become good friends.

All aboard the Polar Express Week at TOTS 🚂✨
We kicked off Polar Express Week yesterday and the holiday fun is officially underway. From Wednesday 12/17 through Tuesday 12/23, families are invited to wear pajamas to therapy and join us for a cozy, festive week in the clinic.

Please remember TOTS will be closed December 24th and 25th. If you need to adjust your therapy schedule, we encourage you to reschedule ahead of time.

We are so grateful to celebrate the season with our TOTS families and wrap up the year with care, comfort, and a little holiday magic.
