We are a multi-disciplinary company that is comprised of an exceptional staff of therapists and office support personnel. is a Therapist owned Pediatric Rehabilitation Company located in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We are committed to providing the highest quality Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy to the pediatric population ages birth to 21. We are in-network with many insurance companies and we will bill all insurance as a courtesy to our patients. We accept Georgia Medicaid including Amerigroup, and Peachstate. We specialize in the Intensive Therapy Program. We also provide aquatic therapy and sensory integration therapy. is a multi-disciplinary company that is comprised of an exceptional staff of therapists and office support personnel. Your child will benefit from the close working relationship that our therapists enjoy. Many children require therapy for many years during their growing period. The families of children we serve have found a warm, caring, fun environment here at T.O.T.S. Children enjoy attending therapy and many families have become good friends.

Love Your Story provides free lodging for families while their children receive medical and therapy services — including many who come to TOTS for treatment.

With the pulley system, therapists can isolate muscle groups and focus on controlled, purposeful movement that helps kids develop strength and coordination at their own pace.
