Nobody’s clapping anymore and that’s where most people fold. The painful truth is that resolutions don’t fail—discipline does. Motivation is an emotion. It fades. Motivation gets you started, but without consistency, you’ll never finish.
If you’re still waiting to feel like it, you’ve already lost. Progress comes from showing up when the excitement is gone, when you’re tired, when no one’s watching, when nothing is going your way, when it’s boring, inconvenient, and uncomfortable. Results happen over time, not overnight! The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit!
