🎄 ’Twas the Night Before Christmas in Our "House" 🎄
’Twas the night before Christmas throughout our community,
The halls were all glowing with warmth and with unity.
The decorations sparkled, the cookies were done,
And echoes of laughter proved we’d had some fun.
The residents settled in, content and at ease,
Smiles from the day still lingering with peace.
And nurses in scrubs and CNAs on the floor,
Answered call lights and still managed much more.
They worked through the holiday, steady and kind,
With residents’ comfort always first in their minds.
From bingo and crafts to reindeer games played,
To gingerbread houses and messes well-made.
There were scavenger hunts and cocoa to share,
And moments of joy found everywhere.
While families gathered and others stayed near,
Our team showed up here — with heart and with cheer.
No wrapping of gifts or carols on stage,
Just compassion and care on every page.
So here’s to the residents who make this place bright,
And the staff who serve proudly each day and each night.
Merry Christmas to all, and to all who are here —
