We start every session with a check-in for a reason.
We ask because how you’re feeling matters for your training, your progress, and your overall health. Stress, sleep, energy levels, aches… all of it gives us important context so we can coach you properly that day, not just follow a preset plan.
Some days you’re ready to push. Other days, your body needs something different. Checking in helps us meet you where you’re at, keep you moving safely, and make training something that supports your life (not adding to the stress).
It’s part of what personalized training actually means.
