A Mindfull Morning to You,
Welcome to the 3rd Edition of our Mindfull Mycology memo, delivered from our farm and lab to your inbox once each month.
As we welcome the changing of the seasons – and clocks – to our farm, we’re simultaneously welcoming big changes to our operations, too.
Our new extraction equipment is undergoing the final tests, trials and tinkerings before being put into full-fledged production mode by the end of the year. Our new labels are in their final design proofs. Our extraction lab’s renovation is near completion. And our weekends are three farmers markets – the final Saturday Roswell Farmers Market is Nov. 22 – away from being footloose and fancy free again until next Spring.
As we prepare to expand and extend our offerings in 2026, we spent October and will continue spending the final weeks of 2025 as we have spent most of the year: building, rebuilding and systematizing our back end production, extraction and fulfillment systems. It isn’t forward facing or “sexy” work but it's the foundation upon which the next few years of Mindfull Mycology will be built.
