🌟 Going the Extra Mile—Literally. 🌟

Last Week, one of our healthcare providers was stranded an hour away from her facility after her car brakes failed—unable to make it to her late-night shift.
Without hesitation, Heather Thompson, our Program Manager, got in her car around midnight, drove all the way to pick her up, and brought her safely to the hospital—ensuring patient care continued without interruption. Heather didn’t arrive back home until nearly 2:00 AM.
But she didn’t stop there. At 7:00 AM, Heather was right back at the hospital—this time to pick up the same provider after her shift and drive her home.

This isn’t just commitment.
It’s compassion.
It’s leadership.
It’s the Prime Physicians standard.
