Last weekend, CNOS showed up BIG to watch the Sioux City Musketeers in action during 'CNOS night with the Muskies'! 🏒

Our longstanding partnership with the Musketeers allows us to give employees and their families an opportunity for a fun night out at the Tyson Events Center. We had over 200 CNOS employees and their family members attend the game, enjoying a beautiful Saturday evening supporting hockey in Siouxland!

Thanks to the Musketeers for having us again- until next season!

🏃‍♂️⚕️💪🏅March is National Athletic Training Month — and at CNOS, we couldn’t let it pass without celebrating the incredible athletic trainers who serve our communities and our student athletes every single day. 💙

Our trainers work alongside area high schools and colleges, providing on-the-spot care, injury prevention, rehabilitation support, and guidance that keeps athletes safe and performing at their best. From early morning practices to late-night games, they are there — taping ankles, evaluating injuries, offering reassurance, and advocating for athlete health.

Athletic trainers are often the first to respond and the steady presence behind every successful season. Their dedication, expertise, and heart make a lasting impact not just on athletes, but on families, coaches, and entire communities.
