CNOS Foundation CNOS Foundation is a not-for-profit organization providing Athletic Training, Sports Performance Training Services and Education/Events to improve health.

CNOS Foundation, located in Dakota Dunes, SD was created in 2006 by CNOS, PC to promote and enhance the medical and health-related services to the community. The Foundation provides educational programs, community based services and health-related initiatives for members of the community, as well as medical and health-related professionals.
