Today we wore red and came together to celebrate heart health!

Highlights from the event included:
🎨 Heart Art with Peggy DeHart – creativity that boosts mood and relaxation
💪 Heart Health & Wellness Testing – learning how movement strengthens the heart
🩺 Therapy & Clinic Blood Pressure Checks – supporting heart strength and prevention
💆 Massage Therapy – reducing stress and supporting circulation
🧠 Social Services – exploring the mind-heart connection
🍓 Culinary Strawberry Station – delicious, heart-healthy treats and tips

The dance floor was full as the Let’s Dance Band kept the music going, bringing energy and joy as we counted down the final hours of 2025. From classic favorites to lively dance numbers, it was a night filled with laughter, movement, and wonderful memories shared with friends.
