L&S Fitness is a personal training facility designed to provide you with everything need to reach your fitness goals, no matter your stage of the process you find yourself in (in-shape or out-of-shape, overweight or underweight, advanced or beginner). Our experienced professionals will work with you to design a professional fitness program that best suits your specific needs. We can design programs for those with chronic pain and orthopedic problems including back and joint pain. We also frequently help clients deal with issues associated with aging such as balance and stability, post-orthopedic rehab, post-cardiac rehab, and post-pulmonary rehab.

Been seeing a lot about "National Quitters Day". Basically by the second Friday of January 80% of people have quit or will quit on their new years resolutions.
