Meet the Interventionists Behind Stillpoint
Stillpoint Interventions was founded by Adam Tripp and Jenny Edelman with a shared belief: an intervention is not a single event. It is the first courageous step in a longer healing process for the entire family.
Adam is known for his calm, grounded demeanor. In moments when emotions are high and families feel overwhelmed, he brings steadiness to the room. His presence lowers the temperature. He listens carefully, speaks thoughtfully, and has a unique ability to see beyond the immediate crisis to the deeper patterns driving it. With more than a decade of experience navigating complex family systems and engaging individuals who feel resistant or guarded, Adam helps families move from chaos toward clarity and structure.
Jenny brings a magnetic personality and a powerful, heart-centered presence to the work. Families often feel her warmth immediately. She has a natural ability to connect, disarm defensiveness, and build trust quickly. With more than a decade of professional intervention experience, Jenny also brings extensive experience navigating court-involved cases, legal pressures, and high-stakes family situations. She understands how to move confidently through complex legal dynamics while keeping families emotionally supported and informed every step of the way.
Together, Adam and Jenny lead interventions collaboratively rather than confrontationally. They believe dignity must be protected, not stripped away. Their approach focuses on lowering defenses, building authentic trust, and ensuring every person involved feels respected and emotionally safe throughout the transition into care.
Their work is also deeply personal. Adam has been in long-term recovery since 2013. Jenny began her recovery journey in 2009. That lived experience shapes how they show up. With humility. With credibility. With a grounded understanding of what real change truly requires.
At Stillpoint, intervention inherently includes ongoing family support. Before. During. After. For as long as it is needed. Families are never handed off once treatment begins. Adam and Jenny remain present, guiding each step with steadiness, clarity, and genuine care.
When families call Stillpoint, they are not hiring someone to facilitate a single conversation. They are stepping into a partnership with two professionals deeply committed to protecting dignity, restoring connection, and helping families move from crisis into lasting stability.
