Loaded Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Mozzarella Egg Rolls 🍗🧀

Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 to 10 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Oil, for frying

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until fully combined.

2. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.

3. Spoon some of the filling into the center of the wrapper.

4. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.

5. Brush the top corner with beaten egg and seal the egg roll closed.

6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

7. Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan over medium heat.

8. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

9. Remove them and place on paper towels to drain any extra oil.

10. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping ✨

Bugles Peanut Butter Chocolate Clusters 🍫

These are sweet, crunchy, and so easy to make with just a few ingredients. They have the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter in every bite. ✨

Ingredients: • 1 (7.5 oz) bag Bugles Original Corn Snacks
• 1 (16 oz) jar Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1 (12 oz) bag Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Domino Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

1. Add the Bugles to a large mixing bowl and gently toss through them so you can remove any pieces that are too crushed.

2. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips with 1/2 cup of the Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, heating in short intervals and stirring until smooth.

3. Pour the warm chocolate peanut butter mixture over the Bugles and carefully stir with a spatula until the pieces are well coated.

4. Add the coated Bugles to a large zip-top bag with the Domino Powdered Sugar and shake gently until everything is fully covered.

5. Shake off any extra powdered sugar, then let them sit until set and ready to serve.

Ingredients:

• 1 bag (12 oz) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
• 1 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
• 1 can (5 oz) La Choy Chow Mein Noodles
• 1 bag (9 oz) Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Nestle Toll House Chocolate Morsels and Jif Creamy Peanut Butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and creamy.

2. Gently fold in the La Choy Chow Mein Noodles until all of them are fully coated in the chocolate mixture.

3. Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, then use your thumb to make a small center indent so each one looks like a little nest.

4. Place 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in the middle of each nest, then chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm and set ✨

Easter Bunny Dirt Cups 🐰

These are such a cute and easy Easter treat, and they turn out adorable for parties, snacks, or little holiday desserts. ✨

Ingredients:

4 Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding cups

1 package Oreo Cookies

1 tub Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting

Green food coloring

Peeps Bunnies

Pastel M&Ms (egg shaped)

Instructions:

1. Place 10 Oreo cookies in a blender or food processor and pulse them until they turn into fine crumbs that look like dirt.

2. Spoon the Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding into clear serving cups so the layers can show through.

3. Add a thick layer of the crushed Oreo crumbs over the top of the pudding.

4. Mix a few drops of green food coloring into some Betty Crocker Vanilla Frosting, then pipe it over the Oreo layer to look like grass.

5. Press a Peeps Bunny into the grass and scatter a few pastel M&M eggs around it to finish the Easter look 🌸

Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwiches 🥐

For the Chicken Salad:
2 cups cooked and shredded skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup grapes, halved
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste

For Serving:
4 small whole wheat croissants

Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, celery, red onion, grapes, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything together until the chicken salad is creamy and well combined.
Slice the whole wheat croissants in half.
Spoon an even amount of chicken salad onto the bottom half of each croissant.
Place the top half of the croissants on top to make sandwiches.
Serve right away and enjoy this fresh, creamy, and easy meal ✨

Super Easy Crock Pot Meal! 🍝

I threw this together with things I already had at home, and it turned out so good and super easy to make. Everyone loved it! ✨

Ingredients:

frozen meatballs

1 bottle spaghetti sauce

water

1/2 box penne pasta

salt

pepper

garlic salt

provolone cheese

Directions:

1. Add the frozen meatballs to the crock pot and cook them on high for about 30 minutes.

2. Pour in the bottle of spaghetti sauce.

3. Fill the sauce bottle about halfway with water, shake it up well, and pour that into the crock pot too.

4. Add in the half box of penne pasta, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.

5. Stir everything together, cover, and let it cook until the pasta is tender.

6. You may need to add a little more water while it cooks, so just keep an eye on it and stir if needed.

7. Once the pasta is done, place provolone cheese over the top and let it melt before serving. 🧀

It is such an easy crock pot dinner, and it is perfect for busy nights when you need something simple, filling, and delicious.

Ingredients:

milk

vinegar

cornstarch

food coloring

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of milk with 4 tablespoons of vinegar and stir gently until the milk starts to curdle.

2. Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, then heat over medium heat while stirring until the mixture thickens into a smooth paste.

3. Remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly, then add a few drops of food coloring and swirl the colors through.

4. Pour the mixture onto wax paper in any shapes you like, then leave it to dry completely for a few hours.

5. Once dry, carefully peel or cut out the shapes and hang them in a sunny window to catch the light.

1 bottle (11.5 oz) strawberry protein shake

Ingredients:

1 box Jell-O Berry Blue Gelatin (blue box)

1 bag Life Savers Gummies (green bag)

1 box Nabisco Teddy Grahams (blue box with bear graphic)

1 tub Cool Whip (blue and white tub)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Jell-O Berry Blue according to the box instructions and divide the liquid into clear plastic cups.

2. Refrigerate for about 45 minutes until the Jell-O is semi-firm, but not entirely set.

3. Gently push a few Life Savers Gummies into the Jell-O to act as "pool floats," then place a Teddy Graham inside each gummy ring.

4. Chill until fully set, then add a dollop of Cool Whip to look like a fluffy pool towel on the side.
