This orange creamsicle fluff tastes exactly like those old-school popsicles 🤍🍊

Creamy, light, a little sweet, and super easy to throw together — no baking, just mix and chill 🤤

It’s just cottage cheese mixed with orange Jell-O powder until it turns that bright orange color, then folded with Cool Whip to make it smooth and fluffy. Add in mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, give it a gentle mix, and that’s basically it.

Let it chill in the fridge for a couple hours so it thickens up — it gets even better the next day once everything sets together.

It’s one of those simple desserts that works for anything… holidays, family dinners, or just when you want something sweet without a lot of effort 🙌

Save this for later and try it — especially if you like that creamsicle flavor 👇

Chocolate protein muffins that turn out this soft… and there’s beets in them 🍫🧁

They’re rich, moist, and actually taste like a chocolate dessert not “healthy muffins” 🤤

It’s just a chocolate muffin mix with a protein shake, plus some blended beetroot mixed in. The beets don’t add flavor, they just make the texture super soft and almost fudgy without needing extra fat 💪

Stir everything together, fold in chocolate chips, and bake at 350°F for about 18–22 minutes. That’s it. If you add an egg, they hold together a bit more, but they’re good either way.

I’ve been making these when I want something sweet that still feels a little balanced… easy to grab, easy to keep around 🙌

Three hard-boiled eggs mixed with mustard and cottage cheese—simple, high-protein, and surprisingly really good 🥚✨

It comes out creamy like egg salad, but lighter and a bit more filling. The mustard adds a nice tangy flavor, and the cottage cheese blends in to give it that smooth texture without needing mayo 💪 All you really do is chop the eggs, add everything to a bowl, and mix until it’s how you like it—chunky or more mashed 🤤

I like making this when I don’t feel like cooking or just need something quick that still keeps me full. It works for breakfast, lunch, or even just something small after a workout 🙌

Save this for later and try it next time you want something easy, high-protein, and actually satisfying 👇

This was one of those “what can I make with $6” dinners… and it actually worked 😅

Quick, filling, and everyone ate without complaints 🤍

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.

Cook or microwave the broccoli until tender.

Made these garlic bread meatball subs and yeah… they’re messy but worth it 😅

Buttery, garlicky bread with saucy meatballs and melted cheese — really good 🤤

INGREDIENTS:
• torpedo rolls
• cooking spray
• softened butter
• minced garlic
• shredded mozzarella
• pasta sauce
• frozen meatballs

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add frozen meatballs to a slow cooker and cover with pasta sauce. Cook on HIGH for about 2 hours until heated through.

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray it.

Mix softened butter with minced garlic.

Slice rolls open and spread garlic butter inside. Place on the tray, lightly spray, and bake for about 5 minutes until slightly crisp.

Fill each roll with meatballs, add extra sauce, then top with mozzarella.

Return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

NOTES:
• Toasting the bread first keeps it from getting soggy
• Add extra cheese if you want it more melty
• Expect it to be a little messy (in a good way)

These crispy cheese avocado coins are simple but surprisingly good 🤍

Warm, creamy avocado with a crispy cheesy edge — quick and easy snack 🤤

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella
• pinch of salt
• chili flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Slice the avocado into thick rounds and remove the peel.

Lightly press each slice into the shredded mozzarella so the cheese sticks to both sides.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden around the edges.

Let them cool for a minute so they crisp up slightly, then serve.

NOTES:
• Use a ripe but firm avocado so slices hold their shape
• You can flip halfway if you want both sides extra crispy
• Best eaten right after baking

Quick, crispy, and really satisfying 🤍
