Loaded Crispy Bacon Chicken Ranch Mozzarella Egg Rolls 🍗🧀
Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 to 10 egg roll wrappers
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Oil, for frying
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, bacon, ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
2. Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.
3. Spoon some of the filling into the center of the wrapper.
4. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
5. Brush the top corner with beaten egg and seal the egg roll closed.
6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
7. Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan over medium heat.
8. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
9. Remove them and place on paper towels to drain any extra oil.
10. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping ✨
