🚨 Cedar Springs Community Alert 🚨
Texas Tactical Security LLC would like to inform the Cedar Springs community of a safety incident that occurred within the area earlier today.
During routine patrol operations, our team observed a male individual causing damage to multiple businesses on the property. Officers made verbal contact and issued lawful requests for the individual to leave the premises. The individual refused to comply and subsequently attempted to assault both a patron and a staff member from one of the businesses.
At that point, our team escalated the response by contacting the Dallas Police Department and safely removing the individual from the property.
Shortly afterward, the individual returned to the area appearing to be under the influence based on observable behavior and speech patterns. The situation further escalated when the individual began experiencing a medical episode and engaged in self-harm behavior. Emergency services were immediately requested.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas Fire-Rescue Department for their rapid response and for taking custody of the individual to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
