We at ROCC are deeply saddened by the tragic events that unfolded on the evening of Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Union Gospel Mission men's shelter here in Salem. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and the entire Salem community during this difficult time. We have trained Peer Support Specialists on staff if anyone would like to talk.

Hey ROCCers!

Exciting news, Polk County! Starting today Saturday, April 19th, 2025, join us at H2O for our Polk County- Recovery Outreach Community Center's Saturday outreach services at 10:30 AM! We’ll be serving up supplies, delicious coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, and tasty snacks to support our community—come by, connect, and feel the love! They will be set up on Maple St located on the north side of H2O.

Also our dedicated team will be at the Salem Recovery Outreach Community Center every Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm, ready to support and uplift our community. Join us for resources, connection, and a welcoming environment as we work together on the journey to recovery. Let's make a positive impact together!

Grant opportunity for rapid rehousing! This grant supports individuals who are experiencing homelessness by removing barriers to housing such as application fees and security deposits.

Hey ROCCers!

The Polk County Recovery Outreach Community Center is offering outreach services on Wednesdays at H2O starting at 10:30 AM, where they will distribute supplies, coffee, hot cocoa, hot cider, and snacks. Additionally, they will be active at the Salem Recovery Outreach Community Center every Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Free hair cuts by one of our staff who’s a licensed hairdresser. Sign up sheets are located on front deck in the DIC. April is full, but will have a new sheet ready on Thursday.

Hey ROCCers!

Nicole and Shelby are out in Dallas doing outreach and are located at H2O till 2:30pm. They have hygiene kits, clothes, snacks, hot water (instant coffee, hot coco, and cider), as well as a resource binder for Marion, Polk and Yamhill Counties.

Don’t forget on Sundays PC ROCC Staff are working at the Salem ROCC Drop-In Day Center 10am-4pm.
