Ever experience pain or feel like your body isn’t aligned? Come experience our newest class format, Align + Restore, a posture based practice.
In this hourlong class, we’ll blend traditional yoga stretches with exercises that help restore alignment in the body to alleviate aches and pains. Most pain is linked to structural imbalances in the body, and by realigning our physical frame, we bring the body back into balance and mitigate chronic pain.
This class will be offered twice a week:
✅ Mondays at 12p with Caroline
✅ Fridays at 12p with Sallie
