This patient is in her early 40s and was interested in face and neck rejuvenation. To achieve this subtly powerful result, we performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting, and a minimal incision neck lift to tighten up her neck contour.

This patient is in her early 30s and was seeking a very modest breast augmentation. Her primary goal being an enhancement in the shape of the breast rather than adding a significant amount of volume. Many patients and plastic surgeons are referring to this type of augmentation as a ballerina breast augmentation because it does not involve a significant change in cup size, but rather focuses on creating a more ideal breast shape.

Here we used 275cc moderate classic implants on both sides to create this look.
