❤️ GO RED FOR WOMEN DAY ❤️

Heart disease is the #1 killer of women, yet many women don’t recognize the warning signs until it’s too late.

📌 1 in 3 women will die from heart disease
📌 Women are less likely to receive bystander CPR than men
📌 Heart attack symptoms in women can look different—and are often overlooked

Today, we wear red to raise awareness, encourage education, and remind women to take charge of their heart health. Knowing the symptoms, checking your blood pressure, and learning Hands-Only CPR can save lives—possibly your own or someone you love.

Because heart health isn’t just a women’s issue… it’s a community issue.

❤️ Know the signs
❤️ Learn CPR
❤️ Be empowered

Today we honor Women in Sports Day ❤️🏅

We recognize the women whose breakthroughs continue to save lives—on the field, in the stands, and in our communities.

One of those pioneers is Dr. Nancy Caroline, known as the Mother of Paramedicine, whose work helped shape modern emergency medical response and pre-hospital cardiac care. Her contributions continue to influence how we respond to Sudden Cardiac Arrest, including CPR readiness and lifesaving protocols used at athletic events today.

Because when seconds matter… preparation saves lives.
